La Union Beach Resort Project. It is the site of annual surf competitions where President Arroyo visited in 2007. It is 35% completed. We are looking for a buyer of the project for USD7 mn or a joint venture partner. As a joint venture partner, the investor shares 85% of the amount of sellable units with the developer/contractor on a sharing basis agreeable to both parties. Meanwhile, 15% of the amount of the sellable units is the share of the lot-owner.

Beachfront development in the Philippines has bright prospects because Thialand is unable to accommodate the ten million tourists that flock to its beaches annually. There are also 28 flights of tourists coming from Taipei, China, Korea and other Asian countries that is being serviced by the Laoag International Airport in Northern Luzon, and is expected to increase further in the next couple of years. Lastly, more than half million of tourists are being housed only in individual homes converted as hostels in famous beachfront areas.
